Strategic Plan

Maximize student financial assistance available and support efforts to restore and increase student aid

Effective, efficient administration of student financial assistance programs:
  • Arizona Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership (AZLEAP)
  • Arizona Teacher Student Loan Program, formerly MSSE
  • Ensure the sustainability of the AzGrants secure web portal which provides access to all state student grants, scholarships, forgivable loans, and loan repayments, as well as serves as the web portal for the exchange of sensitive data and reports with high schools and designated entities for both FAFSA Finish Line and College Application Campaign student data, given the reduction in state funding.

Provide support from knowledgeable professionals and accurate and timely information to help students and families take the steps to enroll, finance, and succeed in postsecondary education

Implement strategies to inform and assist students and families toward education goals:

  • College and Career Goal Arizona

     - College Application Campaign

     - College Goal FAF$A

     - FAFSA Completion Initiative

     - FAF$A Challenge

  • Pay 4 College Arizona
  • Arizona College and Career Guide
  • ACPE websites attract over 240,000 unique visits annually

Provide a forum where all sectors of postsecondary education dialogue, partner, and problem solve issues of mutual interest

Generate and support statewide collaborative efforts and research:

  • ACPE Meetings
  • College and Career Goal Arizona Advisory Committee
  • Developing Arizona’s Human Capital Conference
  • Thriving Together, Arizona ACT Council, Expect More Arizona, AzCAN, Arizona Career Leadership Network, Achieve60AZ
